Mike Hughes, the Owner of Lime Tree Pictures, is a Professional Photographer who is based in the North East of Scotland, not far from Aberdeen. Mike, who is the holder of a HND in Professional Photography, has a vast array of experience through the fields of Wedding, Social and Commercial Photography. Mike has also exhibited his work extensively and has worked from Coast to Coast in Scotland, encompassing an assignment to the World famous Eilean Donan Castle.

"My Philosophy is very simple, exceed my client's expectations, and bring their individual personality out in every set of images that I produce. I love my work, and I sincerely hope that this shows in the images that I create!

My role during a Wedding encompasses more than the photography itself in fact. I can be the Creative Director pulling together ideas to capture only the most beautiful images of the couple and the day. Also I can be the Stylist on the shoot also, helping spot any potential issues, wardrobe or otherwise before they appear in shot, and I am an Organiser that will help keep the day moving smoothly for the couple! Added to this is the experience to adapt to varying weather conditions and catering for this with Professional Lighting  and Qualified Assistant's available at every Wedding.
